Participants: a cast of software developer teams. The ultimate winning participant is crowned „Code Master“ at the end of the final episode and receives a special award.
CODE CAMP aims to demystify software development
by revealing what really goes on behind the scenes of engineering teams, doing so in an attractive, understandable and entertaining way. It’s a platform to showcase Bulgarian business and academia, and introduce it to a wide, yet educated, audience. The target audience is everyone with a technical (STEM) background. Initial series targets Bulgaria and the region (Macedonia, Serbia). People interested in information technology, which constitute the bulk potential for the modern IT industry and innovative economy.

CODE CAMP fills the need for quality content aimed at the large, and growing, number of technically savvy people out there. Great number of complementary interviews, discussions and educational videos are to be presented as side stories. This first-of-its-kind format further highlights the good practices and must-haves of effective development teams, offering a glimpse into the hacker mindset. Complemented with valuable commentary by experts from various perspectives such as technological, human resource and academic.
